Frequently asked questions

How do workspace credits work?

A new account receives 100 starting credits once. Paid subscriptions add their plan allowance each billing month. Different models and tasks can use different amounts. Review the estimate before sending and the recorded cost in Usage & credits.

What changes when I choose a paid plan?

Launch, Studio and Max provide a larger monthly credit allowance. The workspace tools shown above are shared across plans. Generation still depends on model availability and enough credits; no plan offers unlimited generation.

Can I subscribe now?

Paid subscriptions are coming soon. Launch, Studio and Max show the configured monthly prices and credit allowances. View plan details in the studio; paid checkout is not open and viewing a plan does not start a subscription or create a charge.

Can I add credits without changing my plan?

Active subscribers can buy one-time Boost, Creator or Power packs when available. Top-up credits last 12 months. Monthly Launch credits expire at the end of the billing period; Studio and Max credits roll over for one additional month. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first.

What happens when a generation fails?

Failed or interrupted work can return unused reserved credits. Completed steps may still count toward usage. Tasks and Usage & credits show whether a credit return is confirmed or pending. Credit returns are separate from payment refunds; contact us with any billing question.

Can I publish a website on my own domain?

You can publish a hosted website link from the workspace. Connecting a custom domain to a generated website is still planned and is not an available plan benefit today.

Are provider prices the same as workspace credits?

The model directory lists gateway-reported provider rates in USD per million tokens. Workspace credits are the balance used inside the studio. Check the estimate for your selected model and task before generating; a credit allowance does not represent a fixed number of messages, images or videos.
