Review what you share

Upload only material you are entitled to use. Remove passwords, payment-card details and other unnecessary secrets. Document text used to answer a question is included with that request.

Read the Privacy page for the published description of data handling. Contact support if you need clarification about your particular use of Twelva.

Understand the available delete controls

Deleting a document removes it from use in new answers, but does not rewrite text already quoted in a conversation. Deleting a project removes the grouping; its conversations and files remain in the workspace.

The conversation menu offers Delete conversation and asks for confirmation. Download creations you want to keep before deleting the conversation. Read the confirmation carefully because the action cannot be undone from that dialog.

Ask a privacy question

For an account or personal-information request, contact support with the account email and a concise description of what you need. Do not send identity documents or sensitive source files in the first message.

The team may need more information to understand the request. This guide does not replace the Privacy page or promise a specific retention period or deletion outcome.
